This was my first time doing PT ever and Forefront Physical Therapy was a great experience! I had an injury from fencing and Dr. Mosko was great! I felt much better after working with him after almost two months. Would recommend.

About a month or so ago, I was experiencing really bad shin splints due to my running habits. I decided to try Forefront Physical Therapy so that I prevent any serious injury. I choose to do PT with Dr. Jacob Mosko. I am very happy with my decision, Dr. Jacob Mosko has proven to me to be very knowledgeable about physical therapy, especially about running related injuries and lower body/ leg mechanics. Dr. Jacob Mosko has provided me with a physical therapy Home Exercise Program that is designed around the feedback I give about my leg pain/tolerance. We both have noticed that by sticking with the HEP and the appointments that I’ve been making good gradual progress in not only recovering from shin splints, but also with building lower body strength to prevent shin splints from occurring during my runs. I am very pleased with my experience at Forefront Physical Therapy and highly recommend this clinic.

I was recommended this clinic by a friend after some mild knee pain during my marathon training. I wanted to make sure it did not progress to anything more serious as I had been diagnosed with PFPS in the past. Dr. Jacob is very patient, supportive and knowledgeable and over the course of a few months, I'm now feeling better than ever! I hope I never need to come back, but if I get injured again I'll definitely come back here!

I've had other Physical Therapists, but Dr. Dan and the team at Forefront Physical Therapy are vastly better than any of them. I've spent the past few years recovering from hip and back issues that accumulated for 10 years before that. Instead of cookie cutter exercises you can find on the internet, with his very guided and specific movement plan, Dr. Dan has helped me to unwind and correct the years of pain compensation habits, and I'm finally starting to feel good again. THANK YOU!

I highly recommend this place! I’ve gone to Dr. Dan for several different issues over time, including foot pain, knee discomfort, and lower back pain, and every experience has been excellent. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and takes the time to thoroughly assess what’s actually causing the problem instead of just treating the symptoms. He explains everything clearly, creates personalized treatment plans, and provides exercises that are practical and effective. I always leave feeling confident about my recovery and appreciate that he never makes me feel rushed. If you’re looking for a physical therapist who is knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely invested in helping you get back to feeling your best, I can’t recommend Dr. Dan enough. I’m incredibly grateful for his care and expertise!

I can’t recommend Dr. Ethan highly enough. He helped me quickly recover from a wrist injury from golf, then helped me finally tackle my 8 years of patellar tendinitis pain. What stood out most was how well he listened and how much he tailored the plan to what I actually needed. He’s especially great for active people because he understands the goal is not just to feel better, but to get back to training, sports, and moving confidently. I always felt heard, supported, and like I was making real progress.

I have been seeing Dr. Mosko here at Forefront for a few weeks to work on my shoulder that I injured whilst skiing. It has been a great experience. Dr. Mosko started with a thorough initial evaluation to determine precisely where in my shoulder the issue was and explained what the plan of action would be. He put together a training plan for home and that, combined with weekly visits, has seen my shoulder improve dramatically compared to before I started coming in. Dr. Mosko is very receptive to your own unique circumstances to ensure that the training is well balanced and makes adjustments over time as we learn more about the nuances of the injury. Logistically it has been very easy to create and manage appointments. This can be done entirely online and I really appreciated the automated wait-list that is provided if a particular day is initially booked up. They are located in Flow Fitness, so super convenient if you work in or near SLU.

I've been to a lot of physical therapy on and off for back and right leg issues. Working with Ethan is the longest I have been pain free since I first injured myself. The workouts are thoughtful and blend nicely with my ongoing activities. He listens to how I am feeling and adjusts accordingly. I appreciate that he explains what parts of my body are and are not working well and how things that I am doing to compensate can actually compound issues. I've definitely seen progress over our training. I especially appreciate how our work gets me to be more aware of how my body moves and gets me to think more deeply about what muscle groups are engaged relative to which I want to engage. This helps me think through exercises to make sure I get out of them what I intend to and avoid injury.

Dr. Jacob Mosko is really professional, personable, and reassuring. I ruptured my achilles tendon, had surgery, and have been doing physical therapy with Dr. Mosko for the past 7 months. It's a hard recovery, but Dr. Mosko has been very positive and supportive along the way. Highly recommend!

Dan has helped me return to 7 hrs/50 miles per week of running after crippling injuries. In summer 2024, I developed severe shin splints and couldn’t run for 2 months. After trying another PT without success, I started working with Dan based on a friend’s recommendation. He quickly diagnosed the issue and put me on a structured plan with targeted strength work, shockwave therapy, and weekly sessions. He projected a return to running in ~6 weeks—and that’s exactly what happened. By then, I was pain-free, able to complete a 100-mile hike over 5 days, and gradually build back to full training volume without issues. In May 2025, I had a milder recurrence after a half marathon. Working with Dan again, I was back to pain-free running within ~4 weeks. From there, I ramped into an 18-week marathon training block and remained completely injury-free the entire time. What stood out most was his approach to running during rehab. Rather than shutting running down completely, he incorporated a gradual, controlled return as part of the recovery process. That made a significant difference both physically and mentally. I strongly recommend Dan for his ability to accurately diagnose, set realistic timelines, and consistently get me back to high-volume training without recurring issues.
